Summoning: Reanimation should have been called Summoning Jutsu: Reanimation. It's Summoning Jutsu: Pain but for [IR]'s instead. The only thing about the card is that when Turn 0 Kabuto uses it, he becomes Turn 3 after. Assuming you had exactly 6 [IR]'s in Discard Pile.
Also, I'm not liking the fact that he hasn't been given a new Jutsu in the game... |

I actually like the jutsu. Though the 3 water chakra cost is very restrictive.

its just a worse version of the reanimation from last set....which u could easily just run, though still not worth it

The set's starting to scare me a little, either we get something redic like a Turn 0 Jonin who can give you access to power jutsus like Dragon Flame Early or we get pretty bad +3/3 pumps, it doesn't seem like there's a proper balance right now to help fix the meta state we're in, but I'll wait until all of the previews are up until I come up with my full opinion on it.
