ino shika cho squad "0/0 during this turn"

when a card says that "target Ninja becomes 0/0 during this turn", such as with the ino shika cho squad, n-1486, can the combat or support of the target be changed by a pump, such as lion's mane j-956?

My assumption would be not since it states that 0/0 is the combat and support for the turn. But if saying that it is 0/0 for the turn implies only the printed combat and attribute are 0/0 then the pump would change the combat in this case.

sets a Ninja's stats to 0/0. You can still change that Ninja's stats with other effects afterwards.
