Unlimited N-1141 and J-413

Just a couple quick questions.

1. Do all of the puppets that get put on the team due to J-413 (Puppet Master Jutsu) stay in play after that turn or not?

2. Can J-413 (Puppet Master Jutsu) put N-1141 (The 3rd Kazekage) in play early and keep him in play after that turn?
