Make a Ninja card

- Cannot be a Squad or Platoon
- Must be one of the Konoha 12 Ninjas (Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Ino, Shikamaru, Choji, Shino, Kiba, Hinta, Tenten, Rock Lee, and Neji).
- Timeframe for the card must be during the Chunin Exam Arc.
- No picture necessary, but you must include:
Name
Symbols
Flavor Text
Entrance Cost and Hand Cost
Characteristics
Effect Name
Effect Text (Hopefully worded properly)
Healthy and Injured Stats
Combat Attribute
Rarity
