It was a special video released at some point to accompany some song. The scene has no bearing on the canon of the story and was more of just a What if style thing based around Naruto and Sasuke.

Either way, super excited for it!
I don't do previews. That's allllll texans/Andy.

I am a spectator, just like you guys, but I'm watching your reactions instead of the cards

That promo Naruto is absolutely terrible. They dropped the ball on a great opportunity to sell many more copies of this game. If this card was actually "competitive", I would've bought 1-2 copies of the game just for the card (many others have this same mentality).

-Why a 5 drop Naruto? 5 drops need game-breaking effects; not effects that get better in the next 1,2,3 turns when the game is about to end anyway...

-Should've been given dual or triple elements for awe factor (still would've not seen play) - probably Lightning/Wind/Fire

-Should've been given dual combat attributes (Taijutsu/Oil) or some kind of characteristic to make it cute (MASTERY comes to mind) - but even so, it still would see no play

-MAIN THING: should've been named "Naruto Uzumaki (Taijutsu)" or something similar so you can run 3 of this and 3 Naruto Uzumaki in deck to really utilize his effect appropriately... terrible.

You obviously never played Bandai's Dragonball ccg. This naruto is basically a carbon copy of Goku. He had super heal and the effect that let you discard a Goku to heal him.

Luckily, naruto is a turn earlier and has no cost (Goku costs you 1 Super)

I definitely agree with you on the name. It really should be named Naruto Uzumaki (sparring suit) or something. An errata would be great.

I refuse to play any game after the PS1 generation (or especially in this current generation). If I have to explain why, then I've lost all respect for you. You're around my age, so you should definitely know why.

This ^
As it is you can only get his effect twice unless you're running Childhood, Taijutsu, or the actually goes in deck Sage Mode. the former sees little-no play and the latter 2 see none at all.
Making it a different name (you dont even have to give it Name: Naruto for all I care) or as Genre said giving it Mastery even, would make this card MUCH more playable and viable.
