M-951 vs M-950

I've been on both ends of this during play and i need to see proof of this

M-951 is used to put Baki N-130 in play on turn 2 opponent passes... On my next turn another mission is played and opponent chains and counters with m-950 and targets m-951. Since the text effect is negated and the mission is discarded does Baki get discarded as well?

Here is another scenario: I have Pakkun N-1376 in play... during my opponent's turn he plays M-951 and i let the effect resolve in order for my opponent to put in play a jonin. After the jonin is in play i then activate Pakkun's effect to negate and discard M-951. Will the jonin be discarded or not?

I understand that this may appear to be the same question... but i feel it is necessary to show both scenarios.

In this case if Baki is discarded i think the second effect should read ...this can not be negated. I'm sure this must of come up during play testing.

In this case if Baki is not discarded it just adds to how powerful JI is...

has been errata'd. In both scenarios, the Jonin will be discarded.
