So many awesome decks in that format.
Fire/Earth Futaba Control with Attack from the Blind Spots as the finisher was the one I used. |

Also says that the game took more skill and was better than it is now. I rest my case? I think I'm done with this ridiculous argument. ![]() ![]() |

Idk about now, but Naruto definitely took a lot of skill back in the day, like the time Josh is talking about.

edit: Not to say I disagree with ninja effects chaining - it makes the game's timing a lot simpler and easy to understand, whereas the previous APW/TN timings relied on a lot of memorization and corner cases. In both cases, knowing the rules is not "skill" by any means. Last edited by JDragon : 02-08-2013 at 01:49 PM. |

When 80% of the community doesn't know them, it becomes a skill.

At high level play, both players are expected to know the rules. Of course, this is coming from the guy who tried to ambush a platoon at Sannins, so take that for what it's worth ![]() |

Why does that link to Misumi Tsurugi? o_O
Well, he does have an [Unique Talent], maybe mine is just not knowing the rules or how cards work. Effing Tragic Destiny. Biggest example of why you should always read your cards - how the hell did I throw a game in the T4 of Sannins because I didn't know what my own cards did? Ugh I'm so bad. |
