Kiba MBC did see little play, but much more heavy play later because of squads.

You do realize, that NE stands for New England. As in the section of the United States of America located in the North Eastern section of the country. The section that includes such states as Connecticut, Rhode Island, unfortunately Massachusetts, and oh.. New Hampshire, which is where Genre is from. If you're looking for the abbreviation of Massachusetts, I would suggest MA, which happens to be two letters that Actually appear in the name of the state.
