N1596 clarification

Ok this is just a very simple yes or no clarification =p in all the ruling's i find on this card [url]http://www.bandai.com/cards/bumper.php?link=http://www.bandai.com/naruto/showthread.php?t=98116[/url] being on the only reference Reinforcement such as state 2 sasuke and jirobo state 2 which actually has a sacrifice cost and hand cost. My question is can you copy a squad (IE Kakashi and Sasuke pr076) and not have to have the 2 ninja's in your village since the squad doesn't have the actual sacrifice keyword or would i still have to have the ninja's AKA I actually can't do this at all?
