Hello again! As always, thanks for your time but I have another question. When I activate the effect of N-1614 Shizune can I target a healthy ninja since it does not "target: 1 injured ninja?" The heal effect would obviously fail since the ninja is healthy, but then I would still get the 2nd effect preventing that ninja from being sent out to battle for the turn because it states "then..." instead of "in that case..." Am I correct on this ruling? Thanks again!
