A few questions about flashpoint

1. Is it valid?
2. (if the answer to number 1 is yes) does the ninja comeback in play healthy if it was injured
3. what happens if i put in play a ninja with the same name during the effect of flashpoint (example:sage mode naruto uses flashpoint, then i deploy another naruto.)

3. The Ninja with Flashpoint would not return to play if another Ninja with the same name is in play.
