Sealing Barrier

I have 3 quick questions.
1.) m486 sealing barrier says designate a card name and remove from game all copies of cards with that card name in the opponents hand and deck. If my opponent declares "Pain" would ALL of my pains be removed from my deck and hand? Would the opponent have to declare specifically whats in parenthesis also? Such as Pain (Deva Path) etc? If not then not only is Sealing Barrier OP but would render all Pain decks useless...

2. Why cant i reply to others threads? Is it because i just created this account today and my rank isnt high enough? If so how do u raise your rank?

3. How do you close threads, or is it not necessary for this site.

1. You must declare an actual card name for . "Pain" is not a valid name because there is no card with just the name "Pain." Your opponent would have to declare the full card name, such as "Pain (Deva Path)."
2. You have to have 3 posts that have been approved by moderators.
3. Only moderators can close threads.
