If n1574's effect was used to pay for j968, then X would be 0.

Ok. But why? Because or want to discard "Chakra" for the X effect? In this case, can use discarding 4 cards from the deck and apply all effects of the jutsu?

yeah, i know Sasuke can't use that jutsus because he doesn't meet the Requirements but it's just an example to understand Sasuke's effect in case of jutsu like that.

For j968, X can only be paid with Wind Chakra. If you tried to use n1574's effect to pay for j968, X would be 0 because you are not paying for it with Wind Chakra. The same would apply to j936, since the Jutsu is also looking for a specific Chakra type.

For j932, you would get the full effect of the Jutsu if you used n1574's effect to pay for the Jutsu.
