Effects that say "then" in another sentence. So effects like "Then" does it apply always, or does somehting have to happen in that case. So an effect like the Raikage said "then" draw a card. DO i always draw a card or do i have to use the effect?

Any part of an effect that follows a "then" is always applied, if applicable. For , you would always draw a card if you activated his effect, assuming you have cards left in your deck.
