let say i have in play and i also have and in play

i activate n1537 susano sasuke twice and injured him after i activate karin absortption 1245 and healing can i use his effect agaain twice then during the EOj use sakura 1094 effect and heal susano 1537 can i use susano effect like 6 times in a turn with all of this ifs this posible?

No this is not possible. Desperation only allows to use an activated effect a 2nd time during a single turn. You can only activate n1537 twice a turn, assuming you meet the Desperation conditions.
