Except that you are incorrect. Laughing Man's ruling was a mistake by Tylar when he misread the card.

He Fixed the Ruling Here

We knew this was the case to begin with, because Shizune that lets you get rid of her and Tonton for a Tsunade allows you to get a 5th Hokage, even though Shizune says 'Tsunade Ninja card', exactly as how Pakkun says 'Kakashi Hatake Ninja card'

OK, so by the same logic, can you get any kind of Naruto Uzumaki (i.e. Sage Mode, Childhood, etc.) with Sage's Training Ground ? It's a bit odd, because I'm pretty sure there are some cards (can't recall which ones exactly at the moment) which are worded similarly but target cards with the exact printed name and not just including that part in their name. Also, why do some effects exclusively say "in their name", are you suggesting it's the same thing here even though it's not worded like that? I'll post the cards I was thinking of if I find them.

Do they have some form of nasal impairment? If it is severe enough for them to leave the game due to need of medical aid, then yes it is appropriate to give them a game loss.
