Questions about n1616, j994 and j1614

So for n1616, she has to at first injure one ninja you control as her cost of which it then states heal target ninja. In that case, if that ninja was on the battlefield and your opponent controls it, that ninja becomes a stand-by ninja. My question is this though, since she says in that case, does it mean that she needs to actually heal an opponent's ninja in order for the stand-by effect to work? If so, then that means that j994 works this way as well, as far as actually having to heal the ninja for it to become stand-by? And n1614, has no in that case, therefore saying it doesn't need to actually heal target ninja to make it so that the targeted ninja cant be sent out to battle that turn? I am new to the Naruto TCG and was just wondering,Thank you.

For and the targeted Ninja must be healed in order to make it a standby Ninja. For the targeted Ninja cannot be sent out to battle even if it was not healed.
