Pain (Human Path) n1099 TEXT CHANGE?!?

The in the new Set 27 starter decks had its text changed; and it completely alters the card. The original card says "even" - the new card says "odd".... why did this happen? Why wasn't this mentioned? This is a pretty crucial (and complete change) to the card.
