So 27 comes out tomorrow. Does this mean stores like Target will have the cards or does bandai ship them out or what happens?

Bandai shipped them out yesterday (maybe a couple days ago) and they arrive in your locals hobby stress and targets (if applicable) tomorrow.
Since i'm currently saving money, im just buying me a couple of void Starters and building a deck out of that for now.

Target usually gets the stuff in a week or two after the hobby release date.

ya know, that explains so much. I always just thought my Target (the only one in our city) just was lazy and dint order them till a month or so after.

majority of Targets, they're released later. but i actually got kage summit the night before it was supposed to be officially released in the streets. might get lucky today
