thats easy to meet, u need to have at least x2 sakura in ur deck (tp4) because its a 7!!! but I dont run Nvs soooo who knows

that hardly matters, NVS is a cheeseball deck, it scores cheap brs all the time, personally i feel like diedara should be in it (set 23) truth is NVS 9/10 u wont even play nvs when u have it because its not necessary.

Its like kunoalpha said, you run out of hand presence fast because you drop ninjas every turn and you charge chakra as , I believe you're talking about presents from students. Either way there are 10 Wind cards in total, there is enough to fit them in.
