hi i wanted to ask if the mission Power of State 2 m715 gives All your "The Four Sound Ninja", "Kimimaro", and "Hebi" Ninjas and Ninja cards "Ambush" and "State 2" while they're in the deck and in the hand or does it only effect them when they are on the field or in the chakra

affects Ninjas in-play and not in-play. In your hand, deck, chakra, Village, Battlefield, etc.
