While the deck is still far from perfect (it does actually require money being dropped on it) it's much better than the original.
I actually liked your jutsu call. Since it is an Earth/Water deck, and it's not DTP focused, that is probably a better choice. I didn't look over the list itself so I recommend it only be a 2 of (it still has specific users after all)

I might consider that a good start Take out 1 BBQ, 1 Messengers, and 1 of the 3 Deidara you have and that should work.
Also if you can, find at least 1 Set 23 Deidara. 2 is preferable, but 1 is a must. You make getting BRs your goal, well imagine they are a stall out (IE Revitalize) or a counter-rush (IE NVS) deck, if you manage to get up to 8 BRs Deidara literally wins you the game. He's not even DTP required. Just a suggesstion and all.
Like I said, good improvement. Deck looks nice.

Only problem is that im using the other Deidara. So I could only play fiery wrath if I miss my turn 4 Deidara drop.
