New tournament programing system

Hey guys, i usually dont post on the forums unless its something that bothers me or makes no sense what so ever. So today, i would like to state a bothersome issue. I dont know if anybody else is having an issue with the tournament pairing system but i am. I recently topped at 2 chunins back to back and both times the pairings were messed up. If im not mistaken the brackets goes as follows: 1v8 3v6 ; 2v7 4v5. In a recent chunin pairings went 1v8 2v3 4v6 and 5v7. Also a person who lost in the last round of swiss went 2-3 and made top over the person who beat him with a record of 3-2. Now idnt know if its a manual mistake but its been happening in a number of top events over the past year. So bandai, if you can, can you check the systems or programs that are being used to see if they are up to date or implement a completely new system. This is probably the first time someone voiced their opinion on something other than cards or the gameplay itself. Thanks alot!
