Question about world of earth

Can i add and move coins from world of earth with set:25 zetsu and everytime I remove a coin from the mission will set:25 deidara's effect apply? It doesnt say it wont.Thanks.

Seems legit to me. Why would you not be able to? The mission is permanent, after all.

well i heard you couldnt cause its not a permanent(x) and one more question, how many times can i use zetsus effect in a turn? how many times i want?

Zetsu does not specify if the mission has to be a permanent X, he just says permanent, just like other missions that give there own unique mission coins zetsu can remove any coins off of a permanent mission, so yes he can remove under world of earth, also if an effect is labeled with a line between valid like: Valid|Mission, it means the effect can be used once per turn.
