If you are serious about making a mill deck, you need to incorporate some ninja dogs as well as your Uchihas. Pakkun x3 and World of Fire x3 is a Necessity.

and for your side deck you are going to want Anbu (The Foundation) n609 to stop anything with revitalize or the 1st Hokage from TP3. Someone playing those will stop you from ever milling them completely.

A good build I came up with is this a card that really made me think was I mean most of the effects in this deck are come into play anyway so this mission is a total power house and most wont see it coming.
