So why are they switching again? Is it just a thing where they say "My deck doesn't do so well against Mental Power so I'll switch to my mental power deck!" If so thats what the side deck is for. If thats the case use logic on them.
"If you're allowed to switch decks mid tournament, then why does side decking exist?" |

I'd like to say we do, but as far as I know we don't have a Judge or Meijin (who is informed of the rules of the game, much less knows how to play.)
So...Next best bet is the tournament organizer. Anyway, yeah it was a case of "oh my deck isn't doing so hot at all, let me just change to something else". This thread is dumb and I really wish I didn't have to ask to begin with :/ |

I know its a problem.
But I don't have a solution. Judges don't really grow on trees for Naruto CCG in my area, the few people who do play would of course much rather play instead of judge. |

I couldn't actually find anything in the Tournament Guidelines about only allowing one deck, but this comes from the Penalty Guidelines:
Quote:
Most Ninja Academy and Genin tournaments don't use decklists, but the policies don't change. If someone is known to be changing/editing their deck during a tournament, it's automatically a game loss and the deck must be corrected. It only gets worse from there. |
