Obviously 2k looks a lot like [and is pretty much,] a mono lightning, difference being is that you know, the Naruto does things other than grab you a mission.

Messenger Ninja is the Best Zero drop in lightning, it lets you thin your deck by one card [or if you sack like me thin 2/3 cards by messenger ninjaing into messenger ninja] and you can get a turn 1 or another turn 0 ninja out then, it also fuels messenger ninjas which is a draw 3 with no drawbacks., turn one you usually want to play clone to put naruto in your hand, shion if you can go for her snipe or iruka to put the fat prince client into play. turn 2 you want to see a Kns, usually I see 2 of my 3 turn 2's, and if I see biscuit opening hand I usually use him for a mission cost or hard charge him because he can be put in play on turn 2 by having 3 ninjas that share a symbol on your board, so simple. The Rock Lee Platoon gets you a might guy in hand in case you need to either A. Use him as a jutsu or B. deploy a turn 4, turn 3, you drop naruto, simple enough, and this is when you start swinging, as the deck is very aggro from this point on, he can put 1 of 15 cards in your hand every time you swing with him and he's just like 9k gaara except he has a much wider jutsu variety. turn 4 you either drop shion if you haven't if you hit a super chakra rasengan, or you drop Kakashi for another jonin. turn 5 you don't deploy or you deploy might guy, or try and thin with messenger/etc., turn 6 you probably deploy jiraiya first, if your opponent only has teams of single ninjas you'd deploy the 4th, and that's how the deck curves.

Also, I don't run Sasuke [Vanilla] over Gama because Gama can be put in play via messenger ninja.

Storm + 2k Barrage
Rasengan then chain super chakra w/o shion
etc.

Well I guess I'm just sticking another Clone in its place to maxamize that search for naruto.

Any reason why you're not running the Target Promo Clone instead of the Set 22 Clone? The promo lets you find another clone, or KNS, or Naruto.

A. No access to the target promo B. usually whenever I tested the other clone it would be the only 1 drop I'd hit with messenger ninja when there was already a clone out, the non-unique on this one makes it so that the one drops don't clump as much.

You need to make this lightning/fire. Fire has Warhawk, Clouds, and Itachi Anbu (which you can pop out with Kakashi)... it also has many other power cards. You can still keep it monolightning, but splash fire for its good cards. For example, you should be running Sasuke Solo Attitude (since he's broken and can squad with Naruto, Kakashi, into Danzo, etc)...

IF YOU WANT to keep it mono lightning, I suggest running at least 10-12 missions. You have to, in order to keep up your chakra.

This format has definitely changed due to Banbu being dropped, but there are still some very fast and unique (OTK) decks...
