Does the Make an impact on the format? Does he make rasengan [set 23] playable again? Or is a 4 cost Rasengan just too much?

We dont have enough early chakra generation for that too be that good.

Its equivalent to using an early dragon flame this format.......I say this because you can make the chakra with inaris descision and his hand cost pretty easy. But its not a game breaking play at all and EASILY READ. #my2cents

Without Leech, the 4th child being back is nothing. Actually i'm a bit annoyed it's back cause it's a waste of space really :/
I'd have loved to have Jiraiya Child from Set 16 back instead.
