A few questions

I was playing a few games when the next questions occur:

1. My Team that is battling against another team is Seven tails (n1483) five tails (n1404) and Four tails (n1447). my team wins the battle and gets the victory. Five tails effect state's "When a "tailed beast" ninja you control wins any victory, draw one card." Does this mean i can draw 3 or 1 card? considering it is a team of 3 tailed beasts that all win a victory.

2. This one is about shikamura nara (n1211). His effect state's :[SHADOW BARBS]
[EOJ | Mission]
E: When target Ninja receives any Damage during this turn, reduce that Damage by 1."" Does this damage reducing effect occurs everytime this ninja receives damage this turn or only once? say its battling against another ninja that is weaker, it gets an art of raging lions mane(j956), the user chooses the +5 and one damage, shika's effect is used and the one damage would be prevented. the jutsu resolves and the damage is prevented and now the battle resolves, does shika get any damage from the battle?

3. This is the situation:
I have 3 Angering the beast (m872) in my chakra area, and i have seven tails(n1483) in play. I send my seven tails out to battle, can seven tails use art of raging lions mane (j956) considering it needs an entrance cost of 3 or more and that angering the beast lowers the entrance cost? if seven tails can, can i use Just like that hero, M805, on my two tails(n1365) and pip a Seven tails (n1483) while i have 3 angering the beast(m872)?

1. You would draw 3 cards.
2. reduces damage every time the target would take damage during the entire turn.
3. only lowers the Entrance cost of Tailed Beast Ninjas that are not in play. It would not lower the Entrance cost of your in play Ninjas. You could use to discard and put in play while you have 3 m872 in your Chakra.

i now have another question.

i heard that when i play The leaf Council(m892) my opponent has to dicide to chain before i choose the effect i want. is this true, and if so does the same count for jutsu's like art or ragingn lion's mane(jJ956)?

You must choose which mode you are using when you play the card.
