I like this set is really balance excluding some op cards

Singles pre-orders are up on t&t and ooooh boyyy that kabuto is a sexy beast lol

That being said I think it's no longer fair to say that this set is bad. The rares in this set alone are worth buying 1-2 boxes.

Sasuke is cool, but if I'm reading him right he can only mill for jutsu that have a non-specific cost right? Because I'm not sure if he can mill for something like lightning beast running jutsu with the way he's worded.

card doesnt say that at all, it just says for non specifics they count as 1

It means that specific symbols count as 1 for the total cost, so you tally up the numbers plus specific symbols to determine the cost.

For example, Fire Style: Dragon Flame is F|F|1, which becomes 1|1|1, which becomes 3, aka he may discard the top 3 cards of your Deck to pay for Dragon Flame.

Okay Cool, Then I'm def going to have to fit at least two of this sasuke in my deck when he comes out.
