He's great sideboard material, but I prefer Outwit. This shika is 2 turns later and basically just stalls out the attack, Outwit can go on the offensive or block, and for the cost of a card to bottom deck (cheap IMHO) can beat 99% of ninjas in a mental power battle.

still, if one were to make a deck around reducing their combat/team power, which would be a nice deck in this meta, he's totally the guy to want. Tutorable by turn 1 with the new trio mission, so long as you also run Choji's and Ino's (which why wouldnt you?)
