Also, Barrier Ninjutsu is a bad vanilla version of Deflection, but can be recycled with Tenten. I'm not sure if that makes it playable or not.

Tobi is pretty good though. I Suicide Bomb my Deidara and it just pops into my hand? I'm cool with that. He rocks in void too since every pain path has "Akatsuki"
Hidan is cool if you run Akasuki void 2.0 build. Otherwise, I prefer sets 24 and 25.
Itachi is meh. Prefer the draw 2 with Inherit
Sasuke is just plain out blech considering there's 2 playable Turn 0's, susano'o, and then the promo one that fetches a jutsu
