Question is If i play M:881 Gedo I have one card left in hand 1st ninja that i put in play is N:1540 does the ninjas effect go off and pauses the mission so that I can draw and discard a ninja in my hand then can i cont. with M:881 effect of putting ninjas in play or would it work with the N:1540 effect goes off once M:881 is done?

You would finish resolving . Then any put in play effects would start a new chain.
