Is it legal to play misprinted cards at tournaments? For instance I just pulled a misprinted Mangekyo Sharigan and I know it's cost is two fire so can I use this card or any other misprinted cards?

All Mangekyou Sharingan from that set don't have their cost listed. Those are all fine for play.

Actual misprints such as miscut cards that are half of one card and half of another are up to the Meijin's discretion, so long as the card it is supposed to be has all of the unnecessary information printed on it.
