Pain vs. Naruto Starter

pain is so much better but requires more thinking. new players picking up a pain deck will have a hard time with it.

Naruto swarms harder and will be so much fun to play

Think of it like this: Naruto is easier to pick up and play with, however the deck will require some work. It's not as powerful right out the box as others.
On the other hand, Void would take awhile to really learn, especially all the mechanics and technicalities that could work. However, it's pretty strong right on it's own. Double down and it is potential chunin winner.

Likelihood is that if you draw naruto, then it is going to be your main fighting ninja. The problem is that in order to use his effect, you have to alternate between having him in play, and not having him at all.

Pain's effect allows all of the other path's effects to be used (except for the set 23 asura ) which by itself is amazing. Add the first part of his effect to that, and you have the awesomeness. Also note that the set 21 starter super rare itachi is also in pains starter deck. The pain starter just works together so much better than the naruto.

not exactly. the naruto one revolves around a lot. it's mostly your oil ninjas in general. you can swarm big time with support it's getting and what's already out. but I guess if you don't add anything to them void would win it

i voted the pain deck because it has more removal jutsu then the toad deck

The pain would be better for more experienced players, the Naruto deck would be more in general though. However the Naruto could help out a lot with players trying to make decks better that are already different from the starter deck. Especially if their deck uses a lot of lightening.
