Hey ive been hearing that The 5th Mizukage N-1471 and sabriu cannot stop ninja effects that activate when they are put in play like the nine tailed fox reinforcement ....is this true ..if so the playability of these cards are too bad to even consider running these cards yet ones a hard to get rare and the others a pricey super. MOD PLZ HELP

First, please use card numbers for all cards you are asking about.
Second, put in play effects are triggered effects, not activated effects.
Third, both and can stop put in play effects
