0_0!! Wow that would be too hard to get passed. That would make the other naruto pretty useless

Pretty sure this new one isn't a reinforcement. Other than that, no clue.

If it's not a reinforcement, will we be able to sac it for the reinforcement sage mode or does the new ruling prevent that?

I don't really care for having 3 legal Naruto Uzumaki (Sage Mode) while Jiraiya (Sage Mode) and numerous other characters have no legal cards.

Is it too much to hope for a in this deck?

Yes it's too much to ask for. MR was one of the best cards TO ROTATE! leave it rotated.
