You run way too much extra. If you curve samurai into anything not samurai, they are trash. Make all the jutsu weapon aggro and run 10, run 10-12 mission, tp4 naruto if you use rebirth, karui/omoi/samui, 2 migune and the rest samurai. Built such a deck and it is fairly good at raw beatface.
