m-851 & n-1386 question

if i have 2 chakra in my chakra area and i play m-851 dango after paying the hand cost which will give me 3 chakra could i chain with n-1386 ink fish to discard the 3 chakra and put him in play then return the 3 chakra that i discarded with his effect with m-851 dango
