Q1: If I have in a team during my opponents mission phase and they give one of the ninjas in her team a damage, will she still increase that damage by 1 even if there is no team opposing her because it's the mission phase?

Q2: Does she have a continuous effect or is it a trigger?

1. She will increase the damage when a Ninja in her team would receive damage (any phase) or when an opposing team would receive damage (only during Battle Phase).
2. She has a replacement effect.
