The point is to stall early game, remove resources mid game then wreck face late with epic writer/ deva path combo

TO
3x sasuke (set 25) I run this one over solo because it helps fight against rush and mental and let's me curve better
3x tonton
2x kisuke -stall
2x hanare -peek a boo+ draw/chakra and 2 mental

T1
2x shino(set 23) lets me rush or chump+ choose what gets drawn and what doesn't
2x ino (set 25) screw you rush
Tsukado - stud

T2
2x Shikamaru(set 25) he lets me search with SD, shuffle cards back into my deck mill 2 and has a fire symbol
Pakkun- mission negation

T3
2x obito(set 22) has both elements, mill 5, get rid of a ninja, go into Danzo can be used over and over with shikamaru
Sakura(set22) heal, move cards to discard to get shuffled back with shikamaru

T4
2x shizune- shizton

T5
2x Kakashi(set 23)- get rid of ninjas, squad out with sasuke
Baki- clean up the field

T6
2x the 5th hokage- power house on t4 + heal/draw
2x jiraiya(set23) two BRs when ever he wins, 4 if there's nobody to block him
Devo path (target promo) peek a boo + get rid of threats

Missions
3x shikas decision- search
2x guidance- draw
2x new orders- mission negation
2x a gift- draw
2x reminisce-draw as many cards as my opponent has in their hand.....thank you lol
2x eyes of the betrayer- two turns of epic writer= GG

Jutsu
2x wind style vaccum blade- negation
2x Dragon flame- duh
2x wind style pressure damage- bounce insect coins, obito, small fries to to get rid of big fish

Any ideas to make it better other then warhawk?

Why not try Kurenai (Captured Senses)? She is just a personal favorite of mine and an excellent counter for the set 25 kages.

I actually completely forgot about her when I was building lol.... I would probly just switch her and baki around depending on the match up, but baki is better at pushing the agenda that I want (which is clearing the field for jiraiya) so she'll probly be sideboard unless I test and see that effects are killing me.

i only see too much turn 6s, too much missions and not enough jutsus.

Someone mind explaining how jiraiya with no addition cards can earn 4 battle rewards.

his effect only works when he wins a fight he doesnt get 2 free for going un blocked

It says when he wins ANY victory so I assume winning BRs would count but I'm pretty sure I'm wrong anyway lol

Yea I said that same thing when I made the outline but if you think about it tsundae can be counted as a 4 drop with shizton and the deck needs to build a lot of chakra to cope with all of the activated effects, missions do that and jutsus don't lol

But what would you suggest?

it means Victory or Outstanding Victory you can only win a victory when blocked/blocking

Ok so either way he gets 2 that's cleared up now back to the deck...
