the point of the teethpick/burn comment is NEITHER is worth having. If you offered me a choice between which one i'd rather have, i'd just laugh at you.
TenTen is okay now that weapon.dec is a thing, but is still barely even worth it. Especially since in the discard tenten is ten times better because revitalize.
Sa***o is straight blech. So many better things to run. Purely a hatake fanboy card.

a douche or a turd? hmm...? which ones better? tenten is better trade bait from my experience(fanboys, ppl thinking weapon is a viable deck), but with fire becoming a better choice now i can see trading off papa kakashi more. all the scrubby players seeing a fire SR and saying "MAN I NEED THAT!". considering they're still both sitting in my SR binder fossilizing, i'd rather have one card of a list of rares/foils i could make. not gonna make the list b/c i'm sure there's enough ppl out there that agree w/ me and if they each name one rare/foil, the list will make itself.
long/short:
both are bad and no one wants to have to choose between either one of these cards ever, EVER! its like "would you rather eat a bucket of live worms or a dozen bull balls.
