Chunnin in Puerto Rico
so apperently they are giving boosters from set 21 as prizes. what is going on mods??? i thought bandai changed this.

The policy dictates that only states can be guaranteed Block Legal prizing.

yes all quarter 3 chunins had set 21 i was at a chunin today though that had 22 for prizing
