I believe the answer is no; you are not gaining another turn, merely modifying how powerful of a turn it is. Only if something specifically says "take another turn" could you do that. This is mostly IMO, of course.

One mission per player per turn. Regardless of whose turn it is. Plus to verify u need to search or ask in q+a thread.

If you're talking about an effect like set 22 Sai that moves the turn marker up, then no. One deployment and one mission per turn.

Your turn and your turn marker are not the same thing. Your Turn Marker simply dictates what Ninjas and Missions you are allowed to play during that given turn.
