n-1498 question

Do you draw each time cards go to the bottom of the deck or just once per turn
Ex I use n-1499 effect and 2 cards go to the bottom then I draw 1 card from n-1498 then I use another n1499 and only 1 card goes to the bottom would I draw anther card from n-1498

has an optional effect. You can only do it once per turn.
