Also, I was trying, at this stage, to maximize the Sharingan, Genjutsu, and Tree in this Deck, and although Tobi has all three, the CCG has been very picky about giving us any that reflect it, beside one big Madara I don't really want in, and the new Madara that I just don't like, and who I'm not paying TNT for, right now. MoM is probably my favorite Tobi, but he just didn't sneak in here.

I don't see a problem with SA. While I do have a Sharingan from WoW in here, I will NEVER get that second effect, as Water is not in this deck for beans. I'd see milling the particular deck I am playing against most as a decent option, and an okay alternate.

Copy Ninjutsu: Why run a single Copy Ninjutsu to pick up one of your good jutsu when you aren't even running 3 of any of the top jutsu anyways? If you were running 3 of any Jutsu, and using Copy Ninjutsu as a technical 4th copy, that's different. Just play another jutsu instead.
Mostly, it was to get back Izanagi, if I could. I really hate that Satoosa Ninjas, who often should be a bit better even than other T6s, don't have Mastery. Also, not sure if the Danzo effect for it will always be triggerable.

Again, I sort of like the built-in Mastery of Forest. Not certain I have three FPP's.

Reverse Tetragram Sealing: I would almost leave this at 1 but it's double wind, and you can just Four Pillars Prison instead

Wind Style: Vacuum Bullets: Try to lean away from Wind as much as possible
Not sure I want to part with the Tetragram, after paying for it. Have to look into it. The number of Satoosas in here kind of made me like V Bullets, but it's not mandatory.

Change in Chakra Form: If you want to pull Shenanigans, play Change in Chakra Nature, which happens to also be Fire/Earth. But even that is gimmicky and can be replaced with something else.

Fireball Jutsu: Jutsu speed client and mission removal is terrible, because you just gave them their turn and your turn already to utilize it even once. Even a 1 of Hina is stronger than this.
I did plan on Nature first, but decided flexible chakra was better than anyone can use this, which the deck sort of tried for, anyway. Fireball is purely for busting Huge Difference, as broken Sound 4 is my perpetual foe, and with the Mission that gives them Jonin, coupled with that rank then protecting them from Ninjas of lower/no rank, well fighting 5 broken Jonin, and Orochimaru is a pain when I can't target them with jutsus. Sadly, his Deck is considerably more playtested than any of mine, and works consistently just shy of obviously cheating.

Well, these are my feelings on things, or at least previous motivations. Still, the stronger/better/more consistent this thing can be, the better.

So, I slimmed the deck down, in the Jutsu department, though maybe not quite as far as was suggested; I feel what i kept should have use against my usual opponent. Added two more T0 Ninjas, since Hotaru is good, AND can cover the Wind chakra my one remaining Wind Jutsu needs. Now, i just have to playtest it, and hope that bad shuffling doesn't become my first, worst enemy.

It is mostly Earth and Fire, focusing on the twin powers of Uchiha/Sharingan negation and Yamato/Mokuton enemy team disruption, with enough Wind to get Danzo's other cheesy jutsus. Danzo 1513 will be the hi point, with many cards there because he can use them; if Itachi, Kakashi, the 1st Hokage, or Yamato/Tenzo (Anbu Days) can also pull it off, even better. 3rd Tsuchikage and his Dust Release jutsu will probably also sneak in, since the deck will already have enough F, E, and Wi to make that spendy jutsu work.

Any advice would be appreciated. With Unlimited format, practically anything goes. As the deck list actually forms better, I'll post it here, for perusal. If TnT would hurry up and get the pre-o list up, I could be sure I can get numbers of what I want.
if it's unlimited run 3 ink leeches to get those jutsus out
