Well, why not. Can you do the 2 Nagato t7 + Void World combo repeatedly in a single turn? And if yes, how come nobody thought to abuse it in the current block format?

Void World has the activated effect format. It can only be used once per turn. Despite this many SJC's over the last year saw 1 or 2 void decks top. Lightning however was a much stronger candidate (especially with Fire or Water)

I've decided that the ruling is very vague.

If by "named card" Tylar is referring to the printed name, outside of the characteristics, then yes you can.

If by "named card" Tylar is referring to all names, then no you cannot.
