It should be up to the store, why can't we choose what format to play? We can play Unlimited and 19-25 why can't we move on from the old format and play 22-25. It makes 0 sense because we can announce the set to everyone that's going/ Bandai is an awful company with a Outstanding CCG but they choose to make it bad by stuff like this and every other thing.

it is up to the store for weekly events and genin events not for chunin events
these are special events prized by the company for free your store pays nothing for the kit and charges an entry fee i dont see how you have a problim with this
