Rotation happens as soon as series 26 is legal. That would be on 10/12/12.

I am trying to get the block legal list up before this friday.

I'm hoping you were able to get input from all the top players/winners and not the complainers and trolls. Whatever decision you decide I truly hope it has the best intentions for the format and not based off of a few threads.
