I say we do the same system, except we use actual naruto players. We should make a list of 32 naruto players and do a naruto showdown, and have people vote. I'd love to see how that goes.

could pick about 3-5 players from each village and 4-5 international players based on tournament results maybe?

there was a picture that divided the states into the different villages everything on the east coast is the mist village, west coast is leaf, ect
